How To Order
1 Find the product you want. You can search for any keyword or you can browse through the Departments and Manufacturers.
2 Go to the product's page and press the "ADD TO CART" button. After that you can keep shopping or change the quantities.
3 Once you are done adding the products to your shopping cart, press the "CHECK OUT" button on the right side of the shopping cart screen.
4 Fill out the shipping information and choose your shipping option. Press the "CONTINUE" button.
5 Fill out the billing address information if different from the shipping information.
- Please add any comments such as specific frequency for a wireless microphone, etc.
- Choose a payment method and fill out the credit card number and expiration date.

Charging Your Credit Card

Shipping
Inside the USA we ship via Federal Express, UPS and US Postal Service. Shipping costs are calculated in real time. 95% of the orders are shipped on the same day you place your order, but there is no guarantee of that due to inventory fluctuation. You will be notified within 24 hours of any back order situation.
International Orders are shipped via Federal Express International and AIR MAIL. When placing your order, please choose "International - OUTSIDE the US via FedEx" or "International Mail $19.95 up to 2lbs. (1 kilo)" for shipments that weight less than 1 kilo. International Shipping Cost => Most of the times = US$38.00 via FedEx.Your exact shipping cost will be displayed after you enter your shipping address on the check out process before you provide any billing information.
For your reference, we list some International shipping costs below:- Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom => 95% of the shipments will cost US$38.00 via FedEx or US$19.95 via AIR MAIL. When shipped via FedEx you will be responsible for any tax/vat/local dutties upon arrival. When shipped via MAIL there's a good chance you will not have to pay any tax upon arrival in your country.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged on ALL orders sent within the state of Florida. Neumann, Sennheiser and Shure microphones and wireless microphones will incur sales tax when shipped to California and Florida. Some Sennheiser and Neumann products may also be taxable in Connecticut.

Fraudulent Orders
Fraudulent orders are in 99.9% of the cases detected by our system and are automatically reported to the competent agencies, including the FBI. The ones that are not detected at first will be tracked and prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Certain security measures might be taken during the process of your order, such as authorization forms that must be faxed, etc. These measures might delay the process of your order, but if you are the legitimate cardholder, we are sure that you will appreciate all the extra care. By doing that we protect you and we protect ourselves, helping to keep our costs low, and making sure no one else is fraudulently using your credit card. Shopping Cart
Just like a physical store, MicrophoneSolutions.com provides you with a shopping cart. Once you've discovered an item you want, simply click the gray button marked "Add to Cart". From there, you can begin the basic ordering process. The item will remain in your cart wherever else you decide to go in the store, and you can always remove the item later if you change your mind. Your shopping cart will be saved so you can come back some other time or any other day and you will be able to easily retrieve your saved shopping cart. All you have to do is log in with your ID and password and your saved shopping carts will be at your "Customer Profile" unique screen.
Once you have found an item that interests you, simply click the "ADD TO CART" button. This button can be found on any item's detail page, to the right of the price information. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the Shopping Cart icon (on the left column menu of every page of our site). This is the beginning of the ordering process.
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item you have placed in your Shopping Cart, change the number in the "QTY" box. Be sure to click the "UPDATE" button at the bottom of your list of Shopping Cart items to confirm any changes.
If you wish to delete an item in your Shopping Cart, click the "REMOVE" button that appears to the extreme right of any item in your Shopping Cart.
Next you press the "CHECK OUT" button, and you will fill out your shipping and billing information. After we have received your order, we will also inform you by e-mail if any items in your order prove to be unavailable. Your credit card will be charged ONLY on the day the product leaves our warehouse (unless it's a special order and you agreed with that). You will be informed through out the shipping process by e-mail. We will also send you the tracking number when available.

Availability information for each item in our catalog is listed on the product’s page. This availability estimate refers to the amount of time it will take us to acquire the item once you place your order; it does not take into consideration the amount of time it will take your order to reach you once we ship it. Shipping time is dependent upon:
- The shipping method you choose
- If we have the item in stock
- If the manufacturer has the item in stock
- The distance from the manufacturer to our warehouse (e.g. West Coast or East Coast)
- Holidays and weekends
- High demand season (e.g. Christmas)

We update daily in order to have accurate information about the availability of a product on the product’s page; however, due to the dynamic nature of e-commerce, mistakes can occur.
